Sin embargo, en ciertos casos, esta fragmentación produce verdaderas colisiones normativas entre sistemas que responden a racionalidades jurídicas distintas. El conflicto entre el derecho internacional de las inversiones y el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos constituye uno de los ejemplos más claros de este tipo de colisiones.
